Refund policy

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery of the order, without being required to provide any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a notice to info@jdpiccolistili.com stating the order number, the buyer’s first and last name, and the items they wish to return.

After notifying JD Piccoli Stili of the withdrawal, the products must be returned within 14 days. The items must be intact and must not have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics. They must also be returned with all original tags and packaging. The customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except where the product is defective, damaged or incorrect. If the customer exercises the right of withdrawal within the applicable time limit, JD Piccoli Stili will refund the amount paid for the purchased products and, where required by law, the cost of the original standard delivery. The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal. JD Piccoli Stili reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received or until the customer has provided evidence that the goods have been sent back.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

If a product is defective or does not conform to the contract, the customer is entitled to the statutory guarantee provided under applicable law. In such cases, JD Piccoli Stili will assess the request and provide assistance in identifying the appropriate remedy, including replacement, repair, price reduction or refund where provided for by law.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised items or products made to the customer’s specifications, nor in any other cases where the right of withdrawal is excluded under applicable law.
